Skinneebee is a medical practice that connects patients with licensed healthcare professionals for evaluation, prescription, and monitoring of weight management therapies, including Tirzepatide (Zepbound®). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Patient Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during all consultations and in intake forms.
• You understand that medication eligibility is determined solely by the licensed clinician evaluating you.
• You will follow all treatment instructions and promptly report side effects or changes in your medical status.

2. Telehealth Services

Telehealth visits enable remote medical evaluations that meet state and federal requirements for practicing clinicians. By scheduling a telehealth visit, you consent to receive medical advice electronically. Telehealth does not replace in-person evaluations when needed, and your provider may advise an in-person exam if clinical judgment deems it necessary.

3. Payment & Shipping

• Medication is dispensed only after payment is completed and verified.
• All pricing reflects 4-week courses; the minimum order is 8 weeks (two courses).
• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on pharmacy inventory and courier delays.
• You are responsible for ensuring delivery to a valid shipping address and promptly refrigerating medication.

4. No Guarantees

Individual results vary. Weight loss and metabolic improvements depend on multiple factors, including adherence to lifestyle recommendations and co-existing medical conditions. Skinneebee does not guarantee any specific outcome.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and design elements on the Skinneebee website are owned by Skinneebee or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skinneebee and its clinicians are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Skinneebee's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.

7. Modifications

Skinneebee may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" listed above reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
